I am an educator living and working on the mid north coast of New South Wales (Australia). My passion is to provide a platform and community for teachers to develop skills, knowledge and confidence to integrate technology into their learning and teaching practice.

During my 30 years of teaching students (kinder - Yr 8) in regional schools, held leadership positions such as curriculum co-ordinator, Religious Education Co-ordinator acting AP and Principal and been recognised as a Teacher of Excellence.


As the Digital Learning Mentor in the Lismore Diocese, my role included the creation of credentialed courses to support educators gain accredited hours recognised by NESA; provided training for teachers to become Google for Education Certified Level 1 and 2 educators; developed ICT Training and Mentoring programs; contributed to the development of a mentoring and coaching program for over 2000 teachers in the Lismore, Bathurst and Broken Bay Dioceses. Throughout this time I also worked as one of the national Ronald McDonald Learning Program tutors for students with serious physical and injury isolated from school and planning for reentry into their educational journey.


In 2010, I was invited to contribute to the publication: "The IWB Revolution" to outline my experiences in using digital technologies as an effective tool to transform student learning and in 2020 contributed to the Google Junior Training video series and the Google Classroom video series. As an advocate of #LifeLongLearning I became a Google Certified Innovator and Certified Trainer in 2019 and became the first Google Certified Coach in Australia and NZ in 2020

As part of my desire to build community, I become formed the Google Educator Group (GEG) for the Mid North Coast region of NSW, cofounded GlobalGEG and organised Open Chat training for educators applying for Google Certified Trainer and Google Certified Innovator.
